If your guild is contemplating a move from one of the busier servers, I would suggest Karak Norn, the server is High Destruction and Order right now, but we could do with some more people...
Id have thought that if the server was marked high population then it would be ok - its the ones that are marked low or medium population that need the support.
The roleplay server for instance I would say is 70 - 80% chaos. Order there are far and few between. Or at least that is how it seems. Go to chapters 6-9 and there are plenty of chaos doing the PQs but no where near enough order to challenge them. So far Ive yet to even see order get beyond the first part of the Pqs there when the chaos folk are around. And when they are not there arent enough order anyway to tackle part 2 let alone part 3.
we are having problems at tier 2 area most of areas are controlled by the distruction and we cant even get to finish quests to lvl up because most npcs to report to or find are dead or just gone cause dist holds the said twr area
