Plan to run my Hunter sniper spec as I'm a bit bored of Hybrid. Put this together.
GSV+Snare Procs for kiting should work well, plus has good str and quick for any melee I may have to do. No melee speed, but Bloodfrost Battle Spear 25% celerity procs an insane amout!

Kobold with 6-7 Quickness in creation will hit 250 quick cap. For some funky reason the +10 quickness on the head seems to give me +11 lol.

Temp's working quite well, only RR6 so have MOS9, LW1, Purge 2 and Dex 2 so could do with some Falcons Eye. Found I do pretty good melee damage. Scouts and Rangers are fairly easy to kill.

I really dont get why your using a sc slot on Stealth when you could have it on a shield STILL! :S Should be able a good enough hybrid temp

Yep first time i moved to US was morgan, having never played a scout before it was awesome to get all the holiday items and stuff so I got a decent bowless temp; had 3 sl's it was great only got it to rr5 but it was good fun.
