Im getting different answers on this question, so would be nice if someone could help with this.

On what is the dmg based on slash weapons?

Some say its completely str based, others say its str/dex based.

If its str/dex based, I would like to know how the % is shared out. (fx 75str/25dex)

I wouldnt mind a link to a site where I can find it either, if someone has.

Pretty sure it's all strength based.

I agree with Chimera, as far as I'm aware its all STR based, and DEX based damage is to do with thrust.
