Need Help Wiv Tartaros Gift

Just wondering if anyone can help me do tartaros gift on the 10th November wednesday at 6:00pm bst purely for the harpoon drop Akils Fury which i really need for a thrust template. all other drops will be FFA which i will not roll for at all. If u can help be most appreciated. grp setup will look like this:

2 Clerics
Earth Spec Theurg
Mincer to Charm Salamanders which will despawn wen charmed
2 pallies
2 mercs
