Ok, i bought a lovely new vivo gfx card to replace my "old" vivo card on thursday and have been having fun recording in game footage of daoc with no lag, motion blur and anti aliasing. Its really fun and im chuffed i can do it. However, the image being sent from my machine to my second machine through S-Video is giving a border.

Does anyone know how to remove this border in any shape or form? It would be a big help as it is a little annoying and means i cant get a high resolution in my movies as i'd like to.

Thanks.

I can remove the borders by cropping but there are obvious problems...

> Cropping images means they are no longer of standard size (Certain codecs like divx need to have width+heights in power of 2)
>Doing so means you have to recompress the images from the movie meaning even more loss in picture quality.
