need help with thane specc

I m thinking of making a lvl 20 Thane but I don´t know what race to make and how to spec it, I think I will spec it like this

44 Hammer
46 SC
42 shield
3 Parry

is that a good specc?

I used to have.

and some crapp point in parry.

But i respecced to

50 Hammer
39 Parry
48 SC

and since they removed capps and i got a troll i must say i like the DMG i do now.

and having so low dex/qui with a thane u end up not blocking so often so i rather do massive dmg.

i'am using that spec works fine for me, as a uber damage style on 44 weapon "axe is atleast"

just a bit low on hp as missing the last str/con buff, albs die so it's great.

50 stormcalling
42 shield
39 hammer
rest in parry

I do realize of course that this will make him quite a gimp But I have dmg dealing chars already and I'd like my thane to have lifter 5 to be able to carry lots of rams and other siege equipment I used the /level comamand on him and parked him in Bledmeer this morning with a treb and crafted ammo hopefully, i'll be able to get a few RPs so I can get even more in lifter

Hammer is a must for thane.

And why would that spec gimp your thane Ardamel? Or did you mean the lifter thing?

Same spec as I have. Totally rocks. Best 1h spec. 50sc/50sword/28parry could be nice too.
