Need help with solo minstrel template

Well im finally gonna sort out my mincer and get him all ubered up, however im at a loss when it comes to a decent template, there are all loads around and i cant decided what one to go for! so if anyone can reccomend me a really good one i would very thankful

a few things:
I solo 99% of the time pretty much
I want to be able to use a pet well when needed
Money is no object

Id always recommend CB for the solo minstrel hunting hib casters.

The template above is quite good, however personally i think + stealth in template is worthless tho. If you are playing on a heavy action server you will want to cap heat tho I always fought a disturbing amount of heat leggies. Also AF is vital to help your ability to take damage.

If you want more stealth you can change the SC to drop some energy (personally I find with champ resists its handy for reducing stun duration).


This is my cheap and nasty template , not the best out there but good for the amount it costs;

Ye thats a nice template, only thing I would caution is hunters have become very fotm with the new pet that hits for 100-200. And on US the vast majority of hunters run with sun spear so you would get farmed with a temp like that, even with good energy plus cl resists often I still need to pop rr5 on the pet against any decent hunter. It could be completely different on Euro tho so dont take that as gospel.

Personally I find pets more of a hinderance than a benefit in rvr, tho I do sometimes charm a pet the instant before jumping a caster (50 spec + rr bonus is normally enough for that circa lvl 52 pet). Also its kinda hard to pan infight, swap weapons and twist abalative and pet charm while still styling and paying attention to the fight

Your 100% right, and if I could put more stuff into the template then i'd bump up the energy resist as first priority. When I have some cash available then i'll probably create swapouts for the +instrument bits with energy resists for the times i'm not using a pet and run into valks/thanes/sun weapons.
