Need help with Pala lvl20 epic

Hi,

I'm struggling with my lvl20 pala epic quest which I'm only just getting round to doing
I'm up to step 7 which states: Lend assistance to Lord Adribard and to Avalon.

I've tried loads of things includingl whispering to him and there are no keywords in the quest text, so I'm a bit stumped.

Are there any websites about with pala epic quest guides?
