need help with eld temp!

[Teiten]

i was playing around with an eld template here the other day, and it seems impossible to make a decent eld template without quite a few rare expensive items.

as im pretty fed up with toa i want a _easy_ template that still has the basics without timeconsuming items. if anyone has one of theese stocked away or wouldnt mind making one i would appreciate it

I made a quick&easy template for my menta. Since it was my 5th char to get toad i avoided any hard-to-level artifacts or uber rare scrolls to farm ( except maybe band of stars).
Granted, the template has some obvious flaws ( no shapechange, only 9% cast-speed instead of 10, only 5% passive piercing, other 5 have to come from CS/Zahur in group, not capped +light (since i don't need it , but the good thing is that most items are quested, and the few drops are rather easy to get. So here we go:

Soot boots is a rather common drop from SoM encounter - had one in my vault, so not sure for how much they go.
Nimbus Strand is from ML9, goes for roughly 3p in housing.
Band of Shadows drops from Band of Stars encounter - this one is expensive and can take some time to farm, but since you can solo it with an enchanter it's just a matter of time to get it
I got the crackling belt of power from housing for another 3p i think, so don't really know where it drops ( my guess would be ML9 again).
Well, and the rest is quested/crafted
