Need help with a Mentalist

I have a question about mentalists... more specifically mentalists RA's.
Do Mastery of Focus lower the possibility for the mob to resist the charm or is it all skill + bonus and no more?

No, charm is special in that regard.
The only thing that matters whether a mob will resist a charm is your composite light spec.

Charm is based on your modified light spec and character level only.

Ok... thanks alot... i thought that it might not work that way...
It's good to know that it does'nt effect charms so that i don't "waste" Rspts on that on low RR's =)
