Need Help with a hib question

We are 5 old middis on Exc that want a life on hib/pryd. I have already mada a bard (lvl 19) and some other stuff. But my question is, How will a Elf Champ specced in pierce and shield be in a RvR situation,, any ideas, coments pps who have played one,, Any info would be great.

Again I am very pleased too join the underdoogs of prydwen, and I am looking forward too cya all.
