need help with a Audio CODEC plz :)

Ello downloaded a movie from Winmx.... MOVIE is fine with a great picture. but non of my media players can recognise the codec for the Audio.

ive tried playing it in

windows media player
Dixv (pro free trail thingy)
Power DVD
winamp


when i try open it with Divx i get this message

:the video you are trying to play has audio data which is not recognised by divx player
the file contains the following type of data


Audio data: Tag 8192
you may need to install a new codec on your computer to enable you to listen to this audio. and then divx gives me option to play movie without sound (not any use to me) .. or cancel opening it....



so anyways i aint v good at tech stuff. so im wondering if anybody here knows what i should do and how to do it so i can watchnthe movie properly WITH audio . picture quality is perfect, but sound is non existant
