Need help removing Firefox.

Yeah, weird. But it's basicly f*cksored and i want it out so i can DL and re-install it.

So, give help in destroying it completely.

Uninstall ain't enough, nor is removing the folder.

i recall that it copies some stuff in the folder documents and settings\(username)\application data

cant check for sure cuz i just reinstalled windows and am too lazy to install firefox atm...

Yup! Firefox does indeed install stuff in this folder. You might want to try removing all the registry entries as well.

Has the uninstall program became corrupt?

Well it's the third time i've installed it so i think it's not the case.

But, where are these registry files? :eek7:

use CCleaner, run uninstaller than use it to search for opera/firefox files stored on the comp

You can edit the registry entries by typing "regedit" in the run command box. Then use "Find" to locate all traces of Mozilla or Firefox entries.
