Need Help NOW !

I just did the NF thing and was connecting to the server. i got Retrying 3 times... then a error msg from Norton internet sercurity. all internet security / firewall just atomaticly turned off and didnt get back to on so i rebooted my PC and try'ed to connect to gorre again. samething happend... anyidea's wtf's this ?? and how to fix it ??

This is just stupid. Now i got in gorre.. played 3 min: LD. then i try to log back in but daoc crashes everytime. reboot PC now im clicking play character and woot.. nothing happend's ffs.
