Need help getting started

Guys, i am thinking of deleting my Mid characters and coming to HIB.

First of all can anybody help me get started with a little money?

Secondly, I want to get to 50 asap and will be running a BB account. Can you give me as idea as to viable duo characters to lvl with please?

I like BGs and rvr as well so I would like my main to be good at that. No preference to tanks or casters either.

Finally any good Hib guilds I could join that can obviously help me get started!
