Im curious how come you cannot get the harpy feather charm? Did you destroy the harpy items?

i didnt get the talon and feathers when i did the quest, so no charm for me

Both templates uses that tho, the 2nd have all the items from the first, but added the healproc sleeves. That also gives +cap to con/dex/hits/AF

Dont think the heal proc works on shield...well ive never seen it go off in rvr or pve

As a solo Reaver against assassins Parry>>>>>>>SR

If you only ever group then parry maybe not that important, but since when can a Reaver guarantee always getting a group?

It works only works in rvr tho since it's a reactive proc....
