need good paccer template

trying to template my paccer but quit hard to get it done

does anyone have a decent rvr pachealer template without oceanus look torso

items are no issue as i can get to most

as torso i prefer erenies haub or gov (as long as it aint the ugly oceanus torso)

i also dont know wich arties are a must for paccer but i have almost all arties a healer can get also have epic pieces and foppish sleeves chain sleeves drop

as stats i prefer to have dex capped resists at 23%+ pp around 40% and buffed around the 2100 hp if any has a template like that plz lmk
