my bb is atm lvl 47 and has 46 aug/17 mend (with pts still over )

my question is:

is there a point to overcap red speccs or is it just the same to just use yellow ? and how are the caps working, i mean % on buffs and so on what do i actually need on a bb ?


please help , still haven't figured it all out ! =(

Followup: Is all those % stat in ToA eq all quest items or are most artis and/or rog's?

And My shammie don't have ToA, can he make use of toa %'s in eq if he buy them from CM's?

Yes there are some ROG stuff that drops with +%stat .. for example at the SoM encounter.. those lions usually drops belts/gems with +%stat that you can trade.

so all i need is 37 aug and then have 39 cave or 35 mend and rest in cave if i wan't a more nice bb.....with higher mend gives hi´gher frigg but higher cave gives more dmg ? this is more how and if u wanna play with a cave char ain't it ?

You can probably ask a guildie healer or shammy to do the ToA epic armor quests for you, they are easy (2 ppl will do them no problem) and dont take alot of time. (can do all 5 in an evening). There are 3 pieces that are pretty usefull on a bb - helm, hauberk and gloves i think. They all have +healing/buffing% and spellduration, 1 or 2 has +speed% also Check VoS for details.

Wouldnt use them for anything else than a bb tho since they lack procs and dont have very high utility otherwise.

You should know that you only need to have +buff enh items on while you are buffing, then you can put them in your backpack.

Oh well I posted a bit late, you prolly bought it for 1p
