Help Need a graphics artist

Currently looking for a graphics artist who can help on a project I am working on. Skills need to include web design, css and wrapping up a framework like Zend or Yii.

I already have a PHP developer working hard at the functional side of it, just need somebody to come onboard and make the site look pretty. I feel that this little project could be a goldmine, unfortunately I cannot pay anyone but wanna be involved in a startup and have a say?

This time next year we could be millionaires! (Gets club out and beats the PHP developer, "work harder")
