Necromancer with Spirit Warrior pet?

First of all. I'm just asking if this is an ability or maybe a bug..

This was last night in BG1.
The Inconnu Guardian was in a shade even though he looked like that.
Pet looked like the SM pets.. it said Spirit Warrior in infobox and when using /face (as you can see in left SS) .. but when you targetet it, it said "necroservant" .. The screenshots are taken by a friend of mine and I have a couple or more at home (but not uploaded anywhere) that shows I saw the same thing. So it was, if a bug .. not only affecting one player.

My question is bug or ability? Some new ToA thing in some drop?

Aye its a bug, happens rarely, i once met a BD and he's commander was a shroom :/ The thing about necro not being in shade is VERY common and so annoying :>

They implemented that on purpose, so they can fix necro´s aswell in 1.70.
Same as with the names in the char selection screen, where suddenly a big space is added now..
