Dex doesnt transfer. Its just useful for the shade cast spells

to be super picky only magic resists do truly transfer, int is of minimal impact, dex about the same .. but since you can cap all (dex/int/mag.res./power) using a 99% set (without OC) using epic robe (for looks ) df/quest items and still have ~40 pts in str (for loot carrying ofc ) dex is as important as int/mag.res/pwr.. it has impact if you put +75 or +0 .. so no it doesnt transfer per se.. but you do NOT want to go without it.

Are they planning to move crush/slash/thrust resists over to the pet at any point or is it totally not worth worrying about?

Yes, they'll probably do that when they fix Purge for necros, oh and MoC, and AoM, and The Empty Mind, and Majestic Will. Oh, and at the same time they make the necro unique RA worth having.

There was a thing in the last grab bag that *maybe* more stuff will be tranfered, it was being looked into but nothing is final and theres no eta on where or even if it will be done.

Good to see they have a clear idea of what to do. I'd rather they fix the damn bugs before altering the class and making me get a new sc fs.
