neck pains

woke up at like 4am with my neck really hurting, wasn't slept at a funny angle or anything when i woke up, managed to get semi comfatable and went back to sleep, woke up again at like 6:30 and could barely move, was laying still for about 20 mins cos anysort of head movement hurt.

managed to get up and put some deap heat ect on it, but still cant move my head backwards or look right tho left is fine, 3 hours seems along time for it to constantly hurt if i'd slept funny on it, also ive been able to click my neck to the right for abour 4 years, but the left never gets stiff and doesnt click


worried i might of done soem real damage over the years

(i think the neck is fine, try a hot bath and just dont try and overthink it or do some crazy gymnastics)

lol i said i DIDN'T sleep at a funny angle, or at least i didnt wake up at one, so i dont think its just a crick/stiff neck also they usually go away fairly quickly been up 4 hours now and still can't really move my neck

A few months ago, I woke up with really bad neck pains. Could barely look left or right and it got worse for a few days.

Then it fixed itself. You're (probably) fine.

I had this a month or so back, it fixed itself after a couple of days. I think it might have been where i left the window open, the cold air was blowing on my neck causing it to sieze up?

All good thanks Mikey! Back in DAoC for some reason, mainly due to WAR sucking more than hoover ever did and a lack of any other decent games (apart from BF2BC2!). Hows life treating ya?
