These almost RR13s play on servers with higher population than Pry/Excal, therefore likely to be more ppl to farm in the frontiers. Also these ppl may have been focussing on this one toon since the game was released.

high pop servers, so agree with himse, 500k-1mil a week mebbe more, and seeing as game has been around for 4+ years now, and they've most likely solely played them chars, not tht hard, But still hugh achievment and strong commitment to one class
