You can't beat Beckams half way line goal.. its the classic goal most great midfield players with a decent long strike would love to get.

I still remember when he scored the goal everyone was on about it for bloody weeks.

IMO hes probably one of the best midfield players to ever grace the football history his accuracy on getting a ball to someones feet is amazing, ofc hes made mistakes.. like everyone does.

Hmm, I recognise all but #2, I don't remember an Owen goal vs Newcastle.

As for Beckham, I think he's overrated, can't shoot properly (watch him shoot, he takes it like a free kick, or he chips it, I remember him blasting the ball horribly wide vs Turkey), concedes stupid fouls and runs around like a headless chicken, often not doing much (remember him pulling out of the tackle vs Brazil in WC '02). IMO Gerrard is a better pin point passer.

The No. 2 reminds me when Owen got a Hatrick against Newcastle his first touch took him passed Dabizas and onto goal. so thats why I went for Owen I could be totally wrong
