Anyone know a slightly more accurate description of where it drops and what from?

VoS isn't very helpful. Setian slaves seems unlikely - they're only yellow con and I've kiled dozens of them in my feeble attempt to gain positive Mau faction :<. The second bullet point may aswell not be there, its too vague to be of any use.

With 1.5p I can't afford to buy it, either!

A good place is the ML5 Dungeon (need ML1 to get in). (Got Nailah's 3 there last time in I think)

Halls of Ma'ati drops a lot of decentish scrolls, and is an ok cash farm area.

its likely to be a long time before getting a nailahs 3, we had 2fg doing grp steps the other day and got 1 in all that time.

Best place is farming setians at the fortress of storms town (not the actual FoS, just the smaller towns) I think desert scouts drop it but I'm not sure, was helping littles exp his nailah's robes there and we got 3 or 4 nailahs 3 in a couple of hours

the best places i have found are outside fortress of storms and ml5 dungeon
fortress of storms it drops regular or maybe i've just been lucky
no idea what mobs tbh normally too hectic
