Nokia has released details of the N-Gage 2 mobile/gaming unit/brick.
It features a new sleeker design, and full compatibility with the first N-Gage. All N-Gage games will work on the N-Gage 2. The mp3 player and radio has been removed to lower costs and allowed Nokia to focus more on the gaming side. You will no longer have to feel odd talking into the side of the N-Gage, the N-Gage 2 offers a non-side talking design, and it has been shrunk to a new handy pocketsize unit.
The display has also been tweaked with the original N-Gage only managing a display of a mere 4096 colours, compared to the N-Gage 2 which offers a display of 65,000 colours, a marked improvement.
