Alright when you log in to Daoc-US you get a popup to answer these questions:
They are discussing some game changes and talking about a new server type opening in the US.
1. A server that eliminates the ability for players to travel to atlantis (eliminate artifacts mls and master level abilities)
2. A server type that provides a range restriction or timer on all buffs that are currently conc buffs
3. A server type that limits the amount of experience a tplayer can earn every 24 hours (to promote casual play)
4. a server that allows realm invaders to enter opposing realms home zones (the home invasion server)
