Bleh, such predictable stuff, whoever made these up should be replaced with someone with some imagination.

Guess thats 2% more dmg to all mages or should I take reduced res sick time . hmmmm. ;) No wait a minute 15% less siege dmg, thats gotta be TEH WIN.

shit i hadnt noticed that, that could be pretty overpowered on certain classes, ie wardens/paladins/defensive tanks etc.

Well it depends on how often it ticks. And as far as power regen goes, the current power regen levels (from crack, chants etc) needed revising anyhow to reflect the larger powerpools.

basically what Crom said, 1,3,5 or 10 sec between every tic makes all the difference

unless im mistaken, health regens/power regens tick every 5 seconds, im not so fussed about the power one tbh, its the health one, 60 health every 5 seconds for a lon lasting tank will play havoc with balance. imo anyway.

its not unusual for warden fights to last into 5 minutes long, that would be 3600 worth of heals in a fight, permanantly on. even in a minute long fight you are looking at 720 health for free.

Worth noting that a lot of regens in the game are far faster during downtime than in combat.
