Hey all,

Here's where we stand with this right now.

We're having all of our transactions investigated right now which were processed within a time frame we have identified. As you may imagine, this is a lengthy process. Once they have completed this review, they will send us a list of all of the accounts which were overcharged and we will refund them accordingly. At this time I have no official ETA, however we are hoping to have this completed by the end of next week.

If it isnt sorted, go down to your local branch and ask them for advice.

It'll be fine - this is mythic not goa - they have an american mindset towards the customer.
