Is better than GOA already. Thinking of reactivating my GOA accounts and transferring my toons to the US so I tried to get the subscription login details for my GOA accounts sent to the emails addresses for them. One worked, the other email isn't being found. Got a reply from them within half an hour asking me to ring them, or if I don't want to make an international call, give them my number and they'll ring me.

I'm impressed so far.

They need the email address that was used when you registered the account for the first time. Same thing happened to me, I changed the biuffbot email account at some point and they couldn´t find the new email address in their database. Maybe that helps with your problem...

Nope, same email it always was. It's actually my missus OLD account from 7-8 or so years ago that we reactivated after we got together. Funny thing is, I still have the subscription passwords for both accounts but neither work anymore. Changed the newer of the two with no trouble but the old one, nada.

Lovely, good to here another nice case of people being able to regain access of accounts that GOA would never have reopened if asked.

Update. No call from Mythic but they only wanted me to call them because I was mailing them from my address and referring to her address. I have now sent an email from her address and lets see what happens...
