European gamers will be able to test the very latest version of the game, which includes the latest content and updates, following the push yesterday in North America and Korea. Moving forward, Beta Testers in Europe, North American and Korea will have access to the same content as future pushes will occur simultaneously in all territories
Gotta love it :)

Couldn't believe it untill now hehe

Note that it only says Beta testers though :m00:

Guessing it'll go back to this after European retail has been released, but between US and Euro release, we won't have access to the same content :p

Blizzard said they will be patching the game world wide, so europe won't be months behind.

We will have a late start, but will be up to date.

Will be curious to see if they can maintain that when they have translations to do.

They also have to translate into Korean, and they have kept up fine.

Two more won't see drastic changes, Blizzard have always done patches at the same time with all their other games aswell.

In difference to Daoc, WoW is made for several different languages.

After all, how many in-game text-changes is there per-patch, hmm?

You do realise it's only in English at the moment yeah? That's what worries me, subsequent patching, yet only one language at present (EU wise) :p

Oh well, Korean version had no problem keeping up.

It is nice of Blizzard to open the beta for the english speaking people before they're done with all languages though. (really didn't see that one coming)

A (possibly) huge difference would be that Blizzard has foreseen the translation of it's game, whereas Mythic may not have believed enough in it's own product. Hence, DAoC would be harder to translate as they have to go inside files and change them, whereas WoW may have been made with translations in mind, if you see where I'm going.
