Myst online - Uru beta

So this one time, at band camp, I got accepted into this beta. Downloaded it, logged in and am like 'muh?'.

Anyone else got it? Care to tell me what is going on?
I'm in a desert, I run about a bit, see a caravan with a fat dude outside and that's like... it!

I think I'm just a bit thick, tho the /dance is quite funky.
