[Dedaith]

Just finisheded setting my template up, it's desinged for (norse) Mend/Aug Healer.

It's not the easiest template and it's missing a few things, but I'm sure it'll work perfectly for me.

A healer in my guild has lvled Gov to lvl10, and it turns out it does NOT get same stats as the ones druid one. Think it is Reaver version u will get.(none castspeed)
If this is a bug, and will be fixed i dont know.

Afaik u will get spellrange on gov as healer, but not castspeed.
Ill try to get a screene to post here tomorrow or something.

spell range is still on the hauberk natha its the cast speed that aint there, also, you can use pheab neck with spellrange as a healer, there you have 4% range and 4% dur. Bracer of Zo'arkat have also 4% spell range, then you are up at 12%
