Lots of work to do, just a personal 'this is me' site really, what I'm up to etc...

I've only just started it, but what do you think of the design/layout/colours etc?

Dark sites aren't very inviting and look a bit 1999, when everyone was doing it. The pic at the top is a little large (in terms of filesize @ 40k)

Other than that - looks good

I can compress that picture I am sure a bit more, didn't really bother with it at this stage but it's worth bearing in mind, ta

Also I can't decide on the colours myself, but I wasn't aware of dark sites being looked upon in this manner. :/ eep. Personally, I guess I prefer them as it suits my time of day browsing, (ie night time) when my eyes are fucked and can't stand a bright looking page :D

Looks like a Beholder, but not enough eye-stalks, there is a Beholder-kin like that but the name escapes me at the moment.

aye tis s'posed to be a beholder, pisspoor effort, but the best one I could find. :)

Colours: Quick bit of coding, and a mix 'n' match, scratch & sniff sesh I think....

ok ignoring the fact that the links and hi-lited areas will look bummed on light coloured backgrounds...

1. Dark (default) - 2. Somewhere in the middle - 3. Light - 4. I'm blinded FFS

or change the settings yourself. I quite like link num 3 meself. :)

They are D&D "property", so I doubt it, you only really see them in licensed products.

I did play UU2, but not all the way through, great game.

Bah, I much prefer dark sites to bright white ones. They make screenshots one helluva lot easier to see for starters, and are generally a lot easier on the eyes.
