It looks quite bad.
Sharkskin gloves = decent utility and decent bonus.
Cylops = bad scout shield go for a small mp buckler with 6 shield, 6 weapon and 22 str (think thats posibel). Next patch SL on cyclops will be useless.
Golden scarab vest, snakelords vest(ml2 end) or old Sidi vest looks like very good vests.
Shade of mist = good choice i think unless its nerfed in the future.
250 quick = cap on quickness, which means base stat + items + 93(cap for buffs) should be as close as possibel. I think you have way to much quickness
if you buffed.
Crush resist might be dropped to 15-20 % since few solo 2-handed opponents in rvr and your armor is resist to it allready.
