No, all that is allowed by the SC system and to the best of my knowledge 5pt overcharges have not yet been nerfed.

Btw. 2 Sidi drops. :rolleyes:

He hasnt - look again - legs are only 99.

Total waste to get MPs if your not going to have 5 pt overcharges on them all - but its his gold to waste.

No, just a rumor. Done 3 37/32 overcharges lately (only one for myself mind you) and all worked fine... same as before, just make sure you have 99%qua gems and a 1000+ SCer ;)

Btw, I have to laugh at 34/32 and needing an MP rather than 33/32 and being OK with 99%.... not like plate BP MPs are cheap is it? :p

ok i did some tweaking.. the DF rings were wrong.. and i substituted the MP BP for a 99% one.... that's an easy 5 plat i can get back :)

i am quite please with it.. but i still need the belt and the gobo gem.. and.. the sword but i might get a MP sabre as well for pve and give it better stats than the sidi one :p

p.s how many people cap everything, as in the stats that are for them.? ive senn templates where everything is capped but you suffer with low quickness or less skills.. anyway. enjoy

Whoever said 5 point overcharges were getting nerfed was obviously just trying to drum up some business for their spellcrafter ;) As far as I have seen, and thats a fair pile of suits, the rates are still exactly the same, not had a single thing explode on a 5pt'er using exactly the same gem qualities I did before.

And yeah, if you have MP kit it really is a waste not to do it 37/32, it won't explode, so the only benifit you get from a lower OC is that it'll be slightly cheaper and quicker to do.

Only thing I would say is what happens when the 2 bracers wear out - non tradeable and from a quest, so can't (afaik) be replaced. Or is the non-tradeable aspect fixed in a later patch?

A friend of mine did his mp leggings with 37/32 imbue, 101x crafter, and they blew up with 99 99 98 98 gems

Another one did a 37/32 imbue with sleeves, 99 99 99 98 gems and it blew up

I would say it isn't the same, but it's still safe when all of the gems are 99.

The sun will have collapsed to a 2 inch wide lump of coal before this happens. Decay on yellow con jewelry is not fast.

And the game will have changed so much that you will need a completely different set of items within a year anyhow.

SC template looks nice though :)

i did a mostly full set of 37/32

each piece had 99qual gems with 1-2 MP's
not one blow up:)
