well your 6 poitns over cap on hits so drop one of the hit gems down a bit, might let you boost something else, also where you can overcharge to 32/28, 4 point overcharges on 99% is pretty safe

No, 32/28 is totally safe, 33/28 is 'pretty' safe :p
The rings and bracers are bad, basically. Symbol of Loyalty and your epic ring are both fairly poor. You could keep the epic ring and go for infernal black diamond ring instead of the smybol? 10%cold 12con 12str
As for bracers, do lost treasure quest and take bracer of shielding and bracer of the strong...
Or any pair really, they're nearly all better than what you took above :p

-Bracer of Health: 30 Hits, 6% Heat Resist, 6% Energy Resist, 8% Slash Resist.
-Bracer of Shielding: 3 Constitution, 4 Shield, 12% Body Resist, 8% Crush Resist.
-Bracer of the Strong: 6 Strength, 3 Parry, 10% Matter Resist, 10% Thrust Resist.
-Pious Bracer: 6 Power, 4 Piety, 8% Slash Resist, 8% Cold Resist.


Then consider hooded blades cloak, 6%body 8%energy 8%slash 21hits.... and the pygmy gem, 7%matter/heat/body/energy (i think)

Get a bracer of Shield and a Bracer of health. I'd reckon better imbue points on eachone of these compared to veiled bracer of eyes. Also ditch your Breasplate, make a SC'd one. Be careful and rewrite this and do alot of new quest, item hunts before you get your Stuff to your local spellcrafter. Cause plate seems damn expensive :p.

Edit: Did not read carefully about the breasplate, sorry :). Still take in advice tho. That u get the best form the rest of the parts.

also Hooded Blades cloak item from the Quest Zombies,Ghosts And Necromancers.
Make sure u speak to Bartholamew to activate it though.
this quest can be found on Alakazam.
THe bracer quest you will find on Warcry.

Also try and maximise the utility on each item, just over 50 is good for 99%, and 60 is good for MPs, thats who i worked when doing my set and it turned out pretty good

NW from Fort Gywntell. theres 2 houses. make sure you speak to Bartholamew, if u speak to the other family u will get a shit item.
The Apprentice necromancer is just over the bridge NW from fort as well. hes kicking about in 1 of the houses
