My Pc works to slow :/

I got a AMD Athlon 1.5ghz prossesor, 512 DDR ram, 64mb 3d card and 40gb HD, but still its working slower then my friends PC whitch is 1ghz, 512 SD ram, 32MB gfx, and 30gd HD.

it takes AGES to load into a new zone, it does screen freeze lagg everytime i meet a crowd more then 15 people, and when enter/exiting uppland/MTK it goes into "30 secounds" of screen freeze lagg.

Kinda annoying, but is there annything i can do to stop it?

I'm having the same problem in places like camelot or castle sauvage

I know it lagges a little at sutch places, but my cases are extreme :O/
