My PC problem as well

My PC is rebooting every few hours (not the worm). When it restarts it gives me the standard XP "your machine has recovered from a serious error".

Now the only thing that has changed recently is the installment of an Audigy 2 card and Im using most recent drivers.

Is there some sort of log file I can access to see what is causing the problem?

Your Event Viewer in the Administrative Tools section of the Control Panel should see you right...

MAy be not related, but I used to get problems like you described, and it turns out some vital windows files was corrupted.
Get a boot disk, and
chkdsk c: /r

Takes a while, but worked for me.
