My other server wont show on the internet

[old.s90w_taurus]

I have kicked up another q3a server on another port.
Server 1:
:27960
Server 2:
:27900
these two are running at the same machine.
and when I look in the console the resolving to masterservers happens to differnt ports.
So there should be no port interferences.
Further more, if the ip and port is specified then other 'internetclients' can join.

in config file(bat-file) on both instances.
Server 1
net_port "27960"
port "27960"

Server2
net_port "27900"
port "27900"

Please help me since I want this to work.
