Ok I'm lvl 40 and starting to think about my final spec.
I'm Axe and instend sticking with that its pretty damn decent.
I've specced axe and shield to 39 atm rest parry 'I didnt auto train'.

50 Shield
44 Axe
rest parry

or

50 shield
50 Axe
rest parry

Cant decide, I'm open to suggestions of course but these have been the most likely given I'm a low hp kobby I want the best defence I can get but also wanna cause some seriouse harm.

think 50 axe and 50 shield sounds decent. 28 parry isnt much for a warrior tho, depens if youre going to solo alot or grouping

50 shield is a must tho..

get mastery of blocking 2 or more and ull block 90% of all
ull have capped ex with epic -> alot parry/block
from my experience that template is very good, i block AND parry alot, and to compensate for being 1h go mastery of pain or so, since u already got a good chance of crit +the RA

with lvl 50 shield style brutalise u can stun it 9secs with medium end, and since u will block like hell, its a very powerful tool

ofcourse this is all my own opinion

I'd say 44 axe, 50 shield, 37 parry.

9.5% more chance to parry than 50 50 28, and all you give up is a miniscule amount of damage and the 50 axe style.

Better choice for kobby imo.

And, brutalize is an 11 second stun if I'm not mistaken...

thats what my spec is 44/50/37 and im happy with.. i rarely get chance to use Havok in RvR anyway so the 50 axe style isnt needed. infact the only styles i do use in RvR are plaque (taunt style) and Evernight+Artic Rift (if there running from me) and ofcourse Slam.. the only time i can see you using Havok/Tyr`s (50 Axe style) is if its a 1 vs 1 and lets face how often does that happen in Emain ? more like 1 vs 50 there

afaik hes not going to use his warrior for RVR that much, mostly farming. so the lv 50 style and the little extra damage could be used perhaps ?

Just had a little think - if I went 28 parry 50 axe and 50 shield, and got Mastery of Parrying 2 would this make up for the pointloss? I have MoB2 and it pwns , I do plan to use him mainly for farming diamond seals as a way of making money, but I will go rvr occaisionally as cam has offered to PL-rp me

Afaik Crush tried 50 shield/44 hammer/rest parry and respecced to 50/50/28 because her damage sucked.

If i could be arsed to level a kobie warrior (/purr at all the defense) i'd deffo go 50/50/28.
I have 28+15+moparry 2 on my zerk and she parries quite alot in pve (kephan and i killed an ewul high red mob in df with me only getting hit once and him zero times)

the lvl 50 axe style is actually worth it, and the damage done is consideredly more than simply spamming the lvl 29 front positional style over and over again.

IMO, get a few realm ranks and the damage won't even be an issue, as offensive skills +50 have diminishing returns anyway...

Everyone says the style is great, but so is having something like 37+13 parry, 50+(random number) shield, and still 44+(random number) axe.

A kob warrior is not an ideal farming character. Would much prefer a runie or summoning SM. The only place they shine is being able to take loads of punishment. When doing below-par damage anyway, I'd opt for more defensive skills, as getting hit by a red even once can make the difference between winning or losing

But what use are any of these parrying and blocking skills in RvR anyway? pretty much negated by zergs and Gimped up to hit modifiers and Max Dexed, buffbotted people.

U wanted to farm with a kobbie warrior? lol? why not make a 50 spec summoning SM and just PBAOE the living shit out of anything and multiples of anything that is farming...

As for blocking based only on dex and the STR hardcap of 300 it still makes me sick that a kobald can be equal and better than a troll... I mean it just dosnt make any sense what so ever in the theme of teh game.

but pudz u walk arround with that 50 buffbot stuck on ur arse so u dont ever know what its like to fight without buffs, i bet u dont actually block anymore than anyother warrior un buffed.

I was thinking AugDex 2 Mopain 2 MoB 2 and MoParry 2 IP FA2 Purge for starters, thats about RR5 well spent after the new cheaper warrior/tank Ras)

ERM ok listen to my story

I lvld a lvl 50 sb, through it I had barely any groups and it took feking ages. So I decided to help myself, I made cindy I lvld cindy to 50, I couldnt give a monkeys what you think m8, I have played without a buffbot for a very long time, I have more FUN with one that way i can kill reds in duo with people I like. Next time 'thats lvl 50 buffbot' wont be rezzing your gimped troll ass like she has been.

Do some research ffs, I have a lvl 38 pbaoe sm, and pbaoe is supression not summoning.

If you want brutalize to kick in, you would rather like to block alot. More parry means less block, since parry is calculated before shield of the defensive abilities.

Think it also will be a bad idea to lower weapon spec, as 1handed dmg is far from good as it is.
