my first try...

This is my first attempt at a movie of this game - it's nothing special, just a 23rd wizzy wandering about a bit. No story, no epic battle... hardly any fighting worth mentioning, tbh, but it's only my first go!!

So basically im looking for... well, criticism really - any tips from experienced directors? quality? timing? effects? transitions?

I used FRAPS and XP's Movie Maker - it's a blin short of 25Mb, and it's a WMV file...

and be kind!

Well, it's original Editing n such was nicer than the average rvr movie imo, as I'm not really into all the flashy effects, so now go get 50 and get some rvr footage

I think you definitely need some credit for this. After all, it was your first movie. You are absolutely going in the right direction, towards a very nice movie maker. So keep up the good work.

and straef - Redis been fifty for long enough, i just suck at RvR (and i discovered last night, PvE too ) and thought a movie of me just dying, over and over again would've been a bit wierd...

actually... original is probably a better word

pretty good mate i liked the slow mo bit where u speeded it and then slow mo wen he fell, was good vid, and like straef says just get a few lvls up even if its just in thid or any bg when its active, some rvr fights wud be nice, theres always comedy in them at some points or even just in NF

Watched it at work, enjoyed it very much just as a nice video which shows how the wizard works

Was some nice comedy moments, good use of camera angles and good editing I thought.

hehe, i really enjoyed your movie. some nice, little fun movie, with lots of creative stuff (shaking hand with mobs etc)
try make a story(we dont need a 2nd george lucas, just a very little attention to the scenery), and use music like you used in this one and it will be even better.
good quality, good editing, good music, was nice
