We have a Panasonic dot matrix printer at work, and on Thursday it ran out of ink/ribbon. I was promptly ordered to retrieve said ribbon from Staples, as you may expect I had no luck there so i thought "hmmmm never been in PC World, i'll try there". So I made the short distance from Staples to the awful-jingle-land. When you enter "our" PC World you go in through the right hand side electric operated twin door things and to the left of these is where the security guard sits on a high chair type thing. After aimlessly walking around for 10 minutes I decided to leave, I approached the left hand side(the side where I had entered) because the swingy door things were open, as I approached them the guard pressed a button to close them, I said "couldn't I just go through that way" he said in a condescending way " no, thats why it says No Exit on the doors" so I say "I couldn't see that because they were open" he says "snigger" I say "you're a miserable fucking prick aren't you" he says "yes" I say "it must be that fucking high chair you sit on that makes you tough" he says "get out and don't come back" I say "snigger". So I left and when I was half way across the car park he came out and stood on the front with his walkie talkie, calling for backup ffs, of course this wound me up again so I walked back towards him at which point he says "don't ever come back here again" then he scuttles off back into the store. So there it is, I had never been into PC World before and I get banned on my first visit, I have to say this is a record for me, it usually takes 2 or 3 visits before I get barred from somewhere. Before anyone say's he was just doing his job, he was, but he was doing it in an arrogant manner, and he talked to me like I was 5.
