ever heard of 1.68 ? all speeds got nerfed so that items only have 2%, except for a few of them such as artis and a jewel

Instead of probably being quite harsh in pointing out bad item choices, I've tried to make a temp which seems to be around your budget - 4 artis, 2 level in rvr, one levels in being a fg and the other levels in mälmo, quite easy really ^^

The krojers are easy to get, just get 2 level 50's to do ml1 and you're sorted, BoS = easiest arti encounter ever, cs = tricksy but gettable, eoy = easy with new rams, nimbus strand = common ml9 drop, belt of the zephyr = relatively uncommon but easily farmed off the sons of creon. Serp hammer is off runi, so easy to focus that the drops are cheap as.. cheap things. Only thing I can see you having problems with is te boots, as from my browsing on mid forums they seem kinna expensive.
