My Cleric Still rocks...:=))))

I was wandering around the Excal/Albion keeps last night and I came across Excalibur Keep, which was taken by middies...
Actually I was doing a quest in that area...

Anyway...Some Middie saw me (an Archer I think) who conned orange to me...
And he started shooting at me...
I started smiting him in various ways from a distance and we were whittling each other down..
I however had the advantage as I could heal myself as well.
When my spell points ran out I ran up to him and started twatting him..

I would have killed him if some of his purp mates didn't come down and finish me off...


Just goes to show..Even tho Clerics have been nerfed, we still rock.....

Actually impossible as Excalibur is a relic keep which cant be captured.

Well, it had a lot of Middies around it...
SO as as far I was concerned , it was taken...
I don't know what the DAOC technical term for "TAKEN" is and I think it is irrelevent....Since you know what I mean...

The point is I fought a char that conned orange to me, and would have beaten him, had he not had some other allies of his with him.

Whether I was at Excalibur or wherever is irrelevent.
Since there was a lot of Mids hanging around there, I just assumed it was taken by them.
I don't play RvR enough to know the difference between a relic keep or border keep or whatever other keeps there are and whether it is possible to actually take and flag a keep as taken, and in refrence to what I'm talking about, it doesn't matter...

more than possible you passed renaris berk or surs . lvl40 cleric epic goes near renaris for the tree kills and then up past berkstead and sursbrooke for the epic finish . so maybe just got excal confused with the other keeps in our frontier which are taken reguler by mids/hibs.

at level 40 the enemy don't have purple friends (or you mighted dinged after post and adjusting your sig)

not sure what you're talking about, but yeah, I was lvl 41 at the time anyway...

He is saying that you don't have any purple players at 40+ they are red con or less .. so the fact that you stat a bunch of purples came out and finished you off is wrong :-p

I know what I saw..Some purple guys (I clicked on them and they conned purple) came up to me and finished me off while I was fighting him.

Are the NPC guards higher than lvl 50? Maybe it was them...I dunno...But they were purple...
This really isn't some conspiracy or anything, just relating that the Cleric is still ok even after the nerf.

NPC guards can be over 50, but usually aren't.

I think I remember their cloaks. MAYBE, they were whitish with an arrow pointing down in Orange or someting like that, but I'm not sure..
