Yes the body/thrust/hits one exists. But the tri resist gem is significantly more worth than the 2 resists and hits gem so..

spirit/body/hits
thrust/cold/hits
slash/cold/body
thrust/cold/body (I've never actually seen this, but it's listed on allakhazam)
