+reg gives you less variance, bringing your over all healing power up, and since most bards have low reg (under 2/3), i would think it will help on your max heal also.

Why even ask ? Just cap regrowth, resists, dex, con, char and hits. It's very easy, I'd show you my template but I lost it when I got my new comp..
