Completely irrelevant to post here I know and I'm sorry for the poeple's time I'm wasting who read this. I have lost my account details meaning I cannot further my account - I have emailed mythic and all I get is non-deliverable mail - their online help guide did'nt help much either.. my account runs out this month I'm sure and I really dont wanna lose my chars.. any idea's?

I tried the login > edit account and I got an Access Forbiden page every time to

Slap it under the General Discussions forum. Not the GD's of the servers but the main one. If you stick Kemor's name all over it you might get a response.

You have to remember that the Gods are fickle to us mortals though Make sure your supplication to him is loud enough!

First of all, e-mail GOA. Not Mythic.
Secondly, if you remember your accountname (usually firstinitial+lastname) you can get them to send you the Gamepassword. And from there you can log in to RightNow and get them to send you the Subscription info as well.
Otherwise, try e-mailing kemor@goa.com...
Make sure you make a subject that's relevant.

Thirdly Payment will autorenew unless you have specifically gone and cacelled subscription, so you wont lose any chars, you will be billed as usual

Ah, that reminded me Solid, GOA wont delete your chars even if you cancel your account. So don't worry.

It doesn't autorenew if you are broke either
