mxn ui with old icons

Looking for this UI, Ive searched FH but the threads no longer exist. Also checked Vn boards but can't find any links.

Any help appreciated

There's some old ones here but I got a funky set that has different colour sets from somewhere.

You could also try "Bobs UI" also a good UI addon which is very easy to configure.
