MSI k7t turbo2 urgent help

just installed a MSI k7t turbo2 and everytime i boot up it keeps saying invalid system disk, so i restart the computer and it doesnt go past the inital screen, i have to reset the CMOS everytime. everything is plugged in like it should be from what i can see but this problem is pissing me off big time, anyone know what could be causing it?
